Charming circular route in the municipal forest of Strassenhaus, Rhineland-Palatinate.
This circular route is ideal for seeing the great sequoia trees. There are sixty of them in the street house community forest. The giant sequoia is an endangered species and is under nature and species protection. The tree is mostly native to California but is now also found in other parts of the world.
From Jahrsfeld it goes south towards the forest. Idyllic paths take you to the bone mill. Finally it goes back along the Reiweg via Niederraden.
