RTF Wörth 2020 Tour A – Route 151

Official route of the RTF. This demanding 151-kilometre cycle route, typical of a cycle touring event (RTF) in the region, requires a high level of stamina and fitness due to its length. Although the gradient (around 650 meters in altitude) is moderate, the distance alone represents a considerable physical challenge. The course offers a mixture of quiet asphalt roads, dedicated cycle paths and longer sections of firm gravel or dirt tracks. Starting close to the Rhine, the route often enters the picturesque Bienwald forest and may cross the border into France, offering a delightful mix of Palatine and Alsatian scenery. This technically easy route is ideal for very experienced cyclists looking for an all-day endurance test.
