The hike starts at the railway station in Müden in the direction of Moselkern and follows the Elzbach stream and several historic mills. Then one of the most beautiful castles, Eltz Castle, is reached. The views of the castle alone are breathtaking! Part of it can be visited in the summer months and guided tours are also available. There are cafés and restaurants to stop off at along the way.
