Natural route section of the Siegerland-Höhenring in North Rhine-Westphalia
The sixth and last stage of the Siegerland-Höhenring leads through the northernmost point of the route and back to the starting point of Ginsberger Heide. At the rest area Wigrow you can still discover medieval border fortifications. If you want, you can make a detour to the show mine "Stahlberger Erbstolln" Müsen and to the excavation of a medieval mining settlement. It goes through rustling beech and coniferous forests to Ferndorfquelle, Forsthaus Ginsburg and Ginsberger Heide.
