The third stage of the Sauerland-Höhenflug leads over meadows, fields and through rustling forests from Altenaffeln to Wildewiese. It goes up to the Lennengebirge, past barrows from the Bronze Age, along the educational trail on mining in Hagen and up to the Blackshahn. If you want, you can take a detour to the Schomberg and climb the radio tower there and enjoy the great panoramic view. There are restaurants in Hagen.
