This is the third stage of the traditional Kölner Weg ("Cologne Way"), which leads from the Koenigsforst in Cologne over a distance of around 255 km through the Westerwald, the Bergisches Land and the Siebengebirge to Koenigswinter.
The third stage runs from Kreuznaaf to Winterscheid. In addition to scenic passages such as the Ürmichbachtal or the Bröl valley, a pretty mill and a forest chapel await hikers here.
