The hike begins in Einruhr at the church. From there you can follow path number 25 as the path climbs gently but steadily.
About half way you reach the highlight of the route - the Dreiborner Plateau. Here all previous efforts are rewarded with wonderful views of the Obersee. This point invites you to linger. After a break, we continue and descend again towards the starting point. You will also pass a water treading pool, which is still popular for Kneipp exercises and is freely accessible. There are places to stop for refreshments in Einruhr.
