This flat and level stretch of dyke is the 10 km route of the Juemmelauf. The start is at the gym on Turnerweg. After a short loop ("Bambinistrecke") through the village, the route goes along the dike, where the participants of the 10km run turn right and follow the dike to the Stickisee, and then run briefly through the village and back to the dike. The finish line for the 10 km lap (as well as for the 5 km and 19 km) is the gym.
