Start is directly in Wiesbaden, to get first to the Rabengrund, one of the oldest NSG Wiesbaden. It goes into a natural meadow landscape with hedges and bushes, grasses and herbs. The sight and the air let you relax and let go of stress. It is just as beautiful in the Goldsteintal - also a pearl of nature - with its idyllic location. The trails are well maintained and are used by mountain bikers and hikers alike. Approximately 3.5 km of the downhill section includes a slightly technical single track for bikers with some challenges.
