Challenging and popular mountain bike tour in the UNESCO Bergstraße-Odenwald Geo-Nature Park, Hesse.
The route starts at the Geo-Nature Park information point opposite Rimbach town hall. The most technically demanding part of the route - the single trail from the Odenwald Institute towards Fuhrshöfe - leads along the Trommer Höhenweg with a turn-off to the "Rimbacher Blick". Another climb to the Ireneturm is followed by a descent through Gadern before returning to the Trommer Höhenweg. There is then a fun downhill section to Zotzenbach and a final small climb to Kreuzberg. Overall, the tour offers countless fantastic views and vistas, including Mannheim, the Wine Route, the Palatinate and the Vosges mountains.
It is also possible to start from Rimbach railway station.
