The starting point is the Naurother car park, from where you hike along bubbling streams, through idyllic forests, meadows and open land with beautiful views. A total of three former mining pits, including the Rosit slate mine, which was closed in 1964, are passed along the route. Today nature has recaptured the impressive spoil heaps and you can observe all kinds of plants and animals here.
