This hike is quite strenuous due to its length and the several hundred meters of altitude that have to be overcome. The start is in Bringhausen. The route circles the Bloßenberg, the Daudenberg and leads to the Waldeck upper reservoir. From there, the route leads through the forest back to the starting point.
A little way along the smaller Waldeck I upper reservoir is the "Zum Waldbölker" snack bar, which is open between Easter and October (see tips).
