The archaeological hiking trail on the Dünsberg starts at the Krumbacher Kreuz car park. On this snail-shaped route, the entire Dünsberg is circumnavigated, right up to the summit. This mountain is completely under nature protection due to archaeological settlement finds, eg Celtic ring walls, and is therefore called the mountain of the Celts. It is very refreshing to walk through the completely wooded mountain, and the good air ensures relaxation and deceleration. Great views over the Giessen Basin and as far as the Taunus open up on the summit of the Dünsturm, which, along with the 2nd tower (TV tower), is a special landmark of this mountain. Sometimes a stop is possible in the Dünsturm, otherwise in the half-timbered town of Fellingshausen.
