A varied MTB tour in the Bergstrasse-Odenwald Geo-Nature Park, Hesse.
The start and finish of this route is at the “Gustavsruhe” car park directly below Breuberg Castle. From there you ride on varied trails (forest paths, a trail hollow path and meadow paths) towards Sandbacher See. From there you ride in the direction of Hoechst before you follow serpentines or sometimes challenging trails in the direction of Hetschbach. Great views to the west and to Feste Otzberg as well as a trail above the quarry "Naturschutzgebiet Silberwald" accompany you back to Sandbach.
Forest paths and trails characterize the saddle between Hainstadt and Amorbach forest, where there is a connection to the Mö1 mountain bike route from Moemlingen (approx. 200m connection).
The route runs almost exclusively away from roads and was laid out with consideration for nature and forest as well as hunters, hikers and walkers.
