Behind Julianenhof it goes right into the forest, dead straight through the hilly terminal moraine. Following the markings you come to the former quarry in the middle of the forest. Since the pits at the Werbellinsee were more productive and the transport routes were shorter, this quarry was already opened at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Century closed. Back in Ringenwalde, we recommend a short detour to the Riesenstein, a remarkable boulder in the town's castle park.
