Loop
Varied loop along the Webellinsee lake, Brandenburg. This beautiful hiking route leads partly along the shores of Lake Werbellin and partly through beautiful sections of beech forest. It starts at the historic imperial railway station in Joachimsthal, which is worth a visit in itself. Initially along the shore, the route soon branches off into the forest. Alternatively, it is also possible to continue along the shore at this point, but this section of the route to Altenhof involves a great deal of effort and poor path conditions and is therefore not recommended. However, adventurers looking for steep climbs and natural paths might like this section. The signposted route through the forest is much easier to manage. It is also possible to camp on this route, so the hike can be split into two days. There are bathing spots and places to stop for refreshments. Highlights: - Varied hike - Bathing opportunities - refreshment stops
