It is particularly suitable in dry weather, as it can be very muddy in places in wet weather. The route leads along wooded areas and beautiful high forest, but mostly over marvellous fields with sweeping views and it is nice to recharge the batteries on this beautiful hike. There is a refreshment stop at the Felsenkeller along the way.
