RTF Pirker Zoigltour 2019 – 170 Route

Official route of the Pirker Zoigltour from 2019. This daunting route is a test of endurance and determination and follows the challenging 175-kilometer course of the annual RTF Pirker Zoigltour through the picturesque Upper Palatinate in Bavaria. The route covers enormous distances and thousands of meters of elevation gain on mostly paved and well-maintained forest roads, requiring excellent fitness and careful planning. The journey takes you through the heart of the Upper Palatinate, the only region where the centuries-old, community brewing tradition of unfiltered Zoigl beer is still alive - recognizable by the unique, six-pointed Zoigl star on the local pubs.
