From the car park at the Eselsbrücke, it first goes through the idyllic Tauber Valley before you reach the old city wall. This is followed once around the historic old town with many ancient sights and beautiful views of the Bavarian half-timbered town. Finally, it goes through the castle garden, the monastery courtyard, and the market square again. The route is accessible by bus and train.
