Varied loop in the Nagelfluh heights and valleys between Lake Constance and Wertach.
The hiking route leads from the Argentobel bridge through the Eistobel nature reserve with its impressive waterfalls and viewpoints. It then leads via the Hohenegg ruins and the Iberg viewpoint to the summit of the Riedholzer Kugel, the highest mountain in the West Allgäu. Please note: There is an entrance fee to access the Eistobel. There are information boards, models and maps at the information pavilion, which provide information about the geological features and the formation of the wild and romantic landscape.
The route consists partly of natural, unsurfaced paths, but also of surfaced farm tracks. The starting point of the hike can be reached by bus (bus stop "Grünenbach, Eistobelbrücke").
