Start at the car park on Branderstraße, near the Alpengasthof Brand. From here, the route leads through the enchanting Märchenwald forest ("fairytale") forest to the Nesslauer Graben river. There is a viewpoint here from which the Nesslau waterfall and the Chiemgau mountains can be admired. After a cosy stop at the Butzn Wirt inn, the route returns to the starting point.
