Maitenbether Cloverleaf 4

Easy bike tour on roads and forest roads with little traffic in the south of Maitenbeth. The tour starts at the church in Maitenbeth and heads south to Marsmeier, Tegernbach and Albaching. After about half of the way you reach Kalteneck, where a nice beer garden invites you to stop. We continue through the Kleinhaager Forest to Sankt Christoph. A visit to the Church of St. Christopher, whose origins go back to the 14th century, is worthwhile. Finally, through the Grosshaager Forest, it goes back to Maitenbeth. The places Maitenbeth, Albaching and St. Christoph were the sites of the Battle of Hohenlinden in 1800. Information boards in the places provide information about the event.
