This certified premium hiking trail goes through forests and leads to the unique landscape of the Red Moor nature reserve. On the way you can get to know the Rhön sheep with their typical black heads. At the height of the Red Moor, the Hochrhöner divides into an east and a west route. If you want to follow the west route, stick to the Kuppenrhön routes, the Lange-Rhön routes lead to the east.
