A beautiful circular route that offers great views of the countryside around Hechingen. There is a good view from the Raichberg tower and the highlight of the tour, Hohenzollern Castle, towers high above the landscape. A visit is possible for a fee.
The footpath up to the castle may be closed from time to time due to the risk of slippery surfaces. As long as the sun is still up, the road - otherwise only authorised for shuttle buses - can be used as an alternative (see tips).
The start is at a car park at the foot of the Zollerberg.
