Kraichgau-Hohenlohe cycle path stage 3: Braunsbach - Rothenburg ob der Tauber

Stage 3 of the long-distance cycle path "Kraichgau-Hohenlohe cycle path", Baden-Württemberg / Bavaria. This is the third and last stage of the popular Kraichgau-Hohenlohe cycle path, which runs for a total of around 183 km from Kronau through the Heilbronner Land to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The third stage starts in Braunsbach and ends in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Most cyclists complete this section, which is considered to be the most strenuous of the long-distance cycle route, in around six and a half hours. Nature and culture are in balance here; you cycle through the picturesque Hohenlohe plain as well as the valleys of the rivers Kocher and Jagst and pass several impressive castles. Culinary enjoyment is not neglected either. There are numerous options for overnight stays and restaurants in the towns along the way and at the stage destination. The starting point in Braunsbach can be reached by bus and the stage ends at the train station in Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
