Great hike in the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve.
The hike is named after the first "Honorary Trail Master" of the Swabian Alb Association and is considered one of the most beautiful in the Middle Alb. This version starts at Metzingen station, but you can also start from Neuffen station. Either way, it is easy to travel to and from the trail by public transport.
Wonderful views of the Alb foothills and valleys, volcanic chimneys, hillside forests and castles with restaurants await along the way.
