Stage 4 of the “Donau-Zollernalb-Weg” long-distance hiking trail, Baden-Württemberg.
This is the fourth stage of the Donau-Zollernalb-Weg quality trail, which runs for almost 160 km from Beuron in the Danube Valley to the Lemberg and crosses the highest part of the Swabian Alb. The fourth stage starts in Sigmaringen and the hike ends in Veringenstadt.
In addition to the wonderful nature of the idyllic Lauchert valley, the oldest town hall in Hohenzollern awaits hikers. Sigmaringen Castle is also worth a detour. There are places to stay overnight and restaurants.
