Dettingen - Teckberg - Gutenberg

The Lenninger Tal offers a multitude of beautiful trails that make the biker's heart beat faster. With a balanced uphill / downhill ratio, this tour presents four of the most beautiful. But there is a lot to offer not only at sporting highlights, but also at scenic attractions. Again and again there are breathtaking views down into the valley. It starts at the Schlossberghalle in Dettingen unter Teck. Passing the traffic education system, take the cycle path towards Owen. It goes through Owen past the historic Bernhardskapelle over the Hörnle to just below the Teck Castle. (A detour there is definitely worth it.) Then it goes along the eaves to the Yellow Rock, from where you have a great view. This is followed by the first, partly technically demanding trail to the saddle arch. From there you drive uphill again to Engelhof and on to the Wielandsteinen. This is where the second trail begins, which leads to Oberlenningen. It goes up again via the old Oberlenninger Steige (almost car-free and asphalted). Once at the top, the tour continues on the asphalt road to Krebsstein. It is worth taking a detour to the water rock with a breathtaking panorama before descending the third trail to Gutenberg. From Gutenberg, the tour heads for the small town of Schlattstall. There it goes over a steep hiking trail up to Grabenstetten and over the plateau to the Konradsfels. The fourth trail then ends again in Oberlenningen. At the end of the tour, a leisurely roll-out through the villages of the Lenninger Valley to the parking lot at the Schlossberghalle.
