This beautiful cycle tour begins in Karlsruhe near the "Kühler Krug" station. From there, the route initially follows small side roads and cycle paths towards the forest area, where the surface changes to paved forest and woodland paths. Passing the Gutschenklamm gorge, the route first leads up a slight incline to the Mahlberg, where there is a tower, and then to the Mittelberg. The route also takes you around the top of the Mönchskopf. The return route mostly runs parallel to the Moosalb.
