Best trails near Traufbachschlucht

Promising descent into the Allgäu high Alps. This is the last stage of the south-north Alpine crossing from Trieste to Oberstdorf. The tour leads from the well-known Kemptner Hütte, one of the largest huts in the Alps including a kitchen and almost 300 beds, initially quite steeply through the forest downwards until you finally reach the valley floor. This is followed by a leisurely hike to Oberstdorf.
