Wonderful bike tour from Marloffstein or start from Forchheim. It goes past the many beer cellars in Forchheim, brewery in Weigelshofen (beautiful beer garden in the courtyard), country inn in Drosendorf, brewery in Drigendorg. Then back via Buttenheim with several breweries to Eggolsheim. There is a nice beer cellar on Forchheimer Straße. After that, you can easily make the return journey strengthened.
