This unique circular hike takes you along the German and Swiss sides of the Rhine. It begins at the Schwaderloch Zollhaus and leads over the pedestrian bridge to the Albbruck customs house. It continues on the Albbruck Rhine Island through the Rhine Canal to the dam wall of the Albbruck-Dogern weir power plant. The trail leads over the dam and then from Leibstadt comfortably along the banks of the Rhine back to the starting point.

It starts at Tiengen train station. From there, always follow the signs towards Stühlingen. It goes relaxed along the Wutach to Degernau. There follow the sign towards Erzingen. In Degernau it's a short and crisp mountain up to around 500 meters. You will be rewarded with a great view and a rapid descent past vineyards to Erzingen. From Erzingen we continue in the direction of Grießen / Geißlingen. Between Geißlingen and Lauchringen you turn towards Bechtersbohl / Dangstetten. Again it goes...
