Best trails in Cuc Phuong National Park
Cúc Phương National Park is the first ever national park and the largest nature reserve in Vietnam. This park features large amounts of biodiversity, lush forests, and stunning mountains. Since it's located in the foothills of the northern Annamite Range, the park primarily has karst mountains. Check out the Silver Cloud Mountain (also known as May Bac Peak) which provides gorgeous, panoramic views at the peak. Note that the trail can be rocky and difficult to navigate at times.
Looking to see some rare plant species? Check out the botanical garden located in the park! Other attractions include: Nguoi Xua Cave (previously a burial ground), Con Moong Cave, Yen Quang Lake, Trang Khuyet (Crescent Moon) Cave, and many more! Also, as one of the most highly visited national parks, visitors can expect to find lodging accommodations and dining facilities within and near the park.
