Best trails in Sonfjället National Park
Sonfjället National Park is known for its beautiful landscape and rich wildlife and is located in Härjedalen. The park is thought to be home to one of Sweden's highest concentrations of wild bears and also contains significant populations of elk and lynx. Also notable are its geological formations, including an extensive system of glacial drainage channels on the park's mountain slopes created by meltwater from the last ice age. Sonfjället National Park gives visitors a glimpse into the past while showcasing the beauty of its diverse wildlife and geological features.
