Best cave trails in Rhine-Westerwald Nature Park

Varied loop in the local community of Kurtscheid, Rhineland-Palatinate. The various hiking trails in Kurtscheid were planned and developed in cooperation with municipal and private tourism initiatives. The K2 loop begins in the parking lot at the Kurtscheid church at the end of the village in the direction of Niederbreitbach. It first goes downhill to Neuerburg and then along the Fockenbach stream through shady woodland. An ascent to the Ilsenstein and Wilhemsruh awaits until the route ends...
