Best trails in Valkmusa National Park
Valkmusa National Park is located in Kymenlaakso. It has more than 40 different types of swamps. Several rare and endangered butterfly and bird species can be found in the park. Common redshanks, pochards, cranes, and ospreys nest here.
At the foot of Morovuori is a day-use hut with a campfire site in the yard. Overnight stays are permitted for short periods near the hut.
You can get to Valkmusa by bus, the nearest bus stop is along Vastilantie. The nearest train station is in Kotka.
