Slightly hilly, well maintained and clearly marked trail. There are very nice regular views all along the loop. Take advantage of the beaches along Lac Saint-Jean for good stops, as well as camping spots. Also observe the rich fauna of the bog at Pointe Chevrette.
Possibility to rent bicycles at Sépaq, with a possible departure from reception. Kayak, Paddleboard, Pedalo, etc. Rentals at Taillon beach.

Well maintained, clearly marked trail along the southern beaches of the park. The refuge is home to a rich and diverse fauna that you can observe from the trail. Iron oxide gives in the sand gives a red and exceptional tint to the beaches.
Departure from Taillon Beach, where it is possible to rent bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boats, etc. In summer, the beach is supervised and it is possible to go swimming.
