The Iguaçu National Park is a World Heritage property located in the State of Paraná, in southern Brazil, adjacent to the Iguazú National Park, also a World Heritage property in Argentina. The Iguaçu National Park preserves one of the world’s largest and most impressive waterfalls, extending over some 2,700 m. It is also home to many rare and endangered species of flora and fauna. Besides the exuberant waterfalls, visitors can enjoy other attractions such as appreciation of a rich fauna, a museum, trails, and many sightseeing spots.
