Best mountain biking trails in Hoge Kempen National Park
Haute Campine National Park is the only national park in Belgium. It was established in 2006. It is located in Flanders and its altitude varies between 50 and 100 meters. With a current area of 67 km2 (excluding future expansion projects of 100 km2), it consists mainly of heath and pine forests. Because this is a protected area, the flora and fauna are particularly abundant (more than 7,000 different species).
