Best river trails in Floh-Seligenthal

Beautiful loop in the Thuringian Forest. A great loop through the countryside, very close to the Rennsteig trail. The start is at the Buchborn rest area, where there is also a car park. Along the way, there is a small kiosk at the campsite and some wonderful rest areas where a picnic can be enjoyed. In summer, rare orchids and trollflowers grow on the "Ebertswiese" meadow. There are several car parks near the local park. The hike leads "In the footsteps of Pangaea", the historical supercontinent. There is a car park near the starting point and there are restaurants in the centre of Seligenthal for refreshments.
