This beautiful route lies in complete seclusion in the Black Forest’s Hochwald region and winds along paths—some of which are very narrow and untouched—through the vast, shady forests of the Saarland. This route follows stage 6 of the certified Saar-Hunsrück-Steig premium trail, connecting Weiskirchen with Grimburgerhof on a particularly pristine section.
