Best views trails in Quierschied

Varied circular hike in the Steinbachtal-Netzbachtal forest reserve, Saarland. The trail begins in the municipality of Quierschied, but runs most of the time in the dense Saarbrücken state forest along stream valleys. There is a restaurant called "Seeblick" at the Netzbachweiher pond, so you can stop for a bite to eat along the way. The start is at the parking lot in Lasbachstraße. Beautiful short hike to the Berghalde Lydia, Saarland. The Bergehalde Lydia is one of the most striking in Saarland and is very well suited for a short hike in the afternoon.
