Best bike touring trails in Wissen

Stage 7 of the Rhineland-Palatinate cycle route. The seventh day's stage of the Rhineland-Palatinate cycle route leads across the Westerwald from Wissen to Westerburg. First it goes north on the Westerwald loop to the Wildenburger Land before turning back on the two-country cycle path to Betzdorf. From here it goes on the Alsdorf cycle path to Daaden and from there to the stage destination Westerburg.

Stage 2 of the Westerwald loop. The second day's stage of the Westerwaldschleife starts in the climatic health resort of Wissen and heads north into the Wildenburger Land, where Wildenburg Castle is a suitable stopover. Here the Westerwaldschleife has reached its northernmost point and it goes south again to the stage destination Bad Marienberg.
