Best hard trails in Weisenheim am Sand

The loop leads through the Palatinate wine-growing region and requires good stamina due to the distance. The route leads along flat farm tracks and soft forest paths and connects the historic villages of Weisenheim am Sand, Marienthal and Kindenheim. While the terrain is technically easy, the long distance through the Rhine plain presents a considerable endurance challenge. The route is ideal for a long, technically uncomplicated hike through traditional orchards and vineyards.
