Best forest trails in Lutzerath

This route lets you escape from everyday life and let your soul dangle. In every season you can enjoy the connection to nature. Three "forest islands", equipped with comfortable sofas, invite you to linger. The route leads through the unique landscape of the Vulkaneifel around Lutzerath. As the name suggests, the Zwei-Täler-Weg leads through two idyllic valleys. You start in the middle of the village of Lutzerath, from where it goes into the Erdenbachtal. The unique views give you an early idea of what to expect. You have a particularly great view from the Achterhöhe viewing platform. Here a bench invites you to enjoy the panorama and linger.
