Best views trails in Bassenheim

This route follows the 5th stage of the Rheinburgenweg, a long-distance hiking trail that begins in Bassenheim and ends in Winningen. The trail leads from the Vulkaneifel to the Moselle, passing the volcanic Karmelenberg, the Marienkapelle, and a historic oak tree in Wolken, before a steep ascent through the Moselle slopes leads to the idyllic town of Winningen.
