This route follows stage 3 of the Bergischer Weg and connects Wülfrath with Solingen-Gräfrath. The path follows idyllic trails alongside the Düssel River through gently rolling terrain shaped by historic limestone quarrying. Adventurous mountain bike tour in Wuppertal, North Rhine-Westphalia. The route includes some downhill sections for which an all-mountain bike is recommended. However, the majority of the route can be ridden well on a cross-country bike. The downhill sections make the route very varied and technically challenging.
