Best backpacking trails in Marienheide

This route follows stage 7 of the Bergischer Panoramasteig and connects Marienheide with Bergneustadt. Departing Marienheide, the path leads past wind turbines near the source of the Wupper River and skirts the Unnenberg before descending to the Genkeltalsperre and Aggertalsperre reservoirs.
