Demanding bike tour through the Grinderwald near Nienburg/Weser in Lower Saxony. This is the official course of the CTF Nienburg Heka Cup - 68er course. The route leads through different forest areas. The first 20 kilometers are characterized by great unpaved and partially paved winding trails with small nice climbs.
