Best views trails in Hohenroda

Panoramic hike in the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, Hesse, Germany. The short hike leads up to the extinct volcano of the Soisberg, which is lined with fields and forests. You should bring sturdy shoes for this. Once at the top, you can climb the Soisberg Tower and enjoy the great view. When the weather is clear, you can see the Hoher Meißner in the north, the Thuringian Forest and Vogelsberg in the east and the Hohe Rhön in the south/southwest.
